In a suit alleging racial discrimination in plaintiff's termination, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff did not establish a prima facie case of discrimination since he did not show that he was meeting defendant's legitimate job expectations or that any similarly situated white employee was treated more favorably.
