In a suit alleging that the US Postal Service failed to accommodate plaintiff's disability and constructively discharged her, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish the second required element of her prima facie case under the Rehabilitation Act since she did not challenge the district court's determination that the Postal Service provided her reasonable accommodations, and the record makes clear that plaintiff could not perform her job even with these accommodations.
