Maclin v. SBC-Ameritech, 07-1751

In a suit against an employer alleging discrimination on the basis of disability, race and gender, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff did not establish that she has an ADA-cognizable disability; and 2) the denial of a discretionary bonus, a comparatively small pay raise and a change in plaintiff's job title and duties did not constituted an adverse employment action.
