In a Title VII action alleging plaintiff's employer discriminated against her on the basis of her race, color, religion, gender and national origin, and also raising retaliation and age discrimination claims, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in determining that: 1) she had not established a prima facie case of discrimination on her Title VII and ADEA claims; and 2) she had not presented any evidence that defendant's nondiscriminatory explanations were pretextual with regard to four alleged adverse employment actions.
