St. Margaret Mercy Healthcare Ctrs. v. Nat'l Labor Relations Bd., 07-2752
Petition for review of an NLRB finding that a hospital-owner interfered with the right of the hospital nurses to organize and discriminated against one of the nurses, who was a union activist, is denied where there was ample supporting evidence for the NLRB's conclusion that the hospital-owner had violated its own internal rules regulating approved locations for union activities and discriminatorily applied a provision prohibiting solicitations in nurse's stations.
