United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction and sentence for distribution of crack cocaine are affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing the prosecution to introduce evidence concerning a witness' other government cooperation in order to rehabilitate the witness; 2) the defendant was predisposed to violate the law, thus the government did not engage in sentencing entrapment; and 3) the district court did not err in considering drug sales not included in the conviction when calculating defendant's sentence.
