United States Seventh Circuit

Convictions and sentences for drug offenses are affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support defendants' convictions; 2) the jury was not required to determine the amount of drugs involved for sentencing purposes; 3) the reasonable foreseeability of the drug amounts was not at issue for defendants since they were directly involved in the entire amount; and 4) the district court did not err in enhancing one defendant's sentence for a managerial role in the conspiracy.
