United States Seventh Circuit
Jimenez Viracacha v. Mukasey, 07-1548
Petition for review of a denial of an application for asylum is dismissed where, although there was a live controversy and a final order in the matter, the court has no jurisdiction over claims concerning IJ decisions to accept or reject untimely asylum applications when those claims only relate to the IJ's factual determinations or applications of law to fact, and involve no constitutional question or allegation of mistake of law.
