United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Bland, 06-3223
Conviction for bank robbery is affirmed where: 1) there was no Brady violation since evidence suppressed by the prosecution was not material to an issue at defendant's trial; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to conduct an independent in camera review of the evidence in question.
