Johnson v. Loftus, 06-3463

Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where: 1) the state court did not incorrectly interpret the standard for evaluating claims of ineffective assistance of counsel; and 2) the state court did not use an inappropriate standard in determining that petitioner had not demonstrated prejudice as a result of his counsel's actions.
