United States Seventh Circuit
Warren v. Solo Cup Co., 06-3504
In a suit alleging that a company compensated plaintiff's male coworker at a higher hourly rate based on his gender, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed where the company established a bona fide, gender-neutral rationale for the discrepancy in pay and the plaintiff did not establish a prima facie case of discrimination since she was not similarly situated to her male coworker.
