Convictions and sentences for bank robbery are affirmed over defendants' arguments that the district court erred in: 1) several evidentiary determinations; 2) imposing a mandatory minimum sentence where one defendant's previous conviction was neither alleged in the indictment nor proven at trial; 3) failing to consider 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a) factors during sentencing; and 4) improperly enhancing a sentence by two levels for obstruction of justice.
