Kentuckiana Healthcare, Inc. v. Fourth St. Solutions, Inc., 07-1878

In a suit alleging wrongful conversion of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the defendants did not have direct control of the funds in question, despite the fact that they assisted in the financial management of the health care center that received the funds and were signatories on the bank account into which the funds were deposited.
