Denial of motions to quash a search warrant and suppress evidence seized from defendant's home during a prosecution for distribution of child pornography is affirmed where: 1) the purposes of the exclusionary rule were not implicated in this case; 2) the officer who presented the affidavit to the warrant-issuing judge did not do so with a reckless disregard for the truth; and 3) the search warrant affidavit demonstrated probable cause to search defendant's residence.
