United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction on drug charges is affirmed over defendant's challenge to the propriety of evidence seized during a search of his home where: 1) the appellate court must give "great deference" to the decision of the judge who issued the warrant; and 2) in this instance, the affidavits presented to the issuing judge established probable cause to believe that defendant's house contained illegal drugs.
