United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Schalk, 06-2142

Conviction for drug conspiracy is affirmed over defendant's arguments that the district court erred by allowing the government to introduce hearsay to bolster its cooperating witnesses' testimony, and that the evidence presented failed to prove that defendant conspired to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine.
