United States Seventh Circuit
Wiesmueller v. Kosobucki, 07-2601
In a commerce clause challenge to Wisconsin's rule that only out-of-state law school graduates must take the state's bar examination, denial of class certification is reversed and remanded where, although the putative class representative's claims had become moot while on appeal, the district court's initial ruling on the merits of the suit did not render the motion for class certification moot as well.
