United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Christ, 07-1634
Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit visa fraud are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction; 2) the district court abused its discretion in admitting certain evidence and testimony; 3) the district court further erred by failing to give a missing witness instruction; and 4) the district court relied on improper facts in enhancing his offense level at sentencing, thereby rendering his sentence unreasonable.
