Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where the 180 day time limit under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers to commence a trial after issuance of a prisoner's demand for a speedy trial only begins after the court of the charging jurisdiction has actually received the prisoner's notice, which did not happen here.
