US v. Tahzib, 07-2481

Sentence for wire fraud and tax evasion is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the judge did not properly consider all of his arguments in mitigation; 2) the judge improperly relied on a sentencing guideline prohibiting downward adjustments based on a gambling addiction; and 3) the sentence was unreasonable.
