Denial of petition for habeas corpus is affirmed where: 1) there was no clearly established Supreme Court precedent governing petitioner's claim that he was entitled to a jury instruction on the additional crime of involuntary manslaughter; and 2) the lower court did not unreasonably apply Supreme Court precedent in determining that there was no error in the use of a mail fraud conviction to extend defendant's sentence.
