United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Bailey, 07-1182

Convictions and sentences for drug-distribution are affirmed over defendants' arguments that: 1) the evidence to support one of the convictions was insufficient; 2) one of the sentences was unreasonable; 3) the district court erred in its refusal to compel production of an informant's tax records and its admission of testimony concerning both the informant's trespassing arrest and his presence in the car during a defendant's drug purchases; and 4) the evidence linking one defendant to the overall conspiracy was insufficient.
