Peirick v. Indiana Univ. - Purdue Univ. Indianapolis Athletics Dept., 06-1538

In a suit alleging gender and age discrimination, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed in part where defendants are immune from suit under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, but reversed in part where material questions of fact exist as to whether plaintiff was treated less favorably than her similarly situated male counterparts.
