Plea agreement for a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon is vacated and remanded where the district court's failure to inform the defendant of an appellate waiver contained in the agreement when it accepted his guilty plea rendered the plea unknowing and involuntary, thus the district court committed plain error in accepting it.
