Torrez v. TGI Friday's, Inc., 07-1107
In a personal injury suit brought against a restaurant chain by an employee of a cleaning service, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where, in the absence of evidence concerning the restaurant's due care, no reasonable jury could find that the plaintiff's injury was due to negligence on the part of employees of the restaurant.
