Christian Lebanese citizen's petition for review of a denial of a motion to reopen asylum proceedings is granted and the matter remanded where the BIA failed to give reasoned consideration to post-hearing evidence, including the 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah, as well as increased violence against Christians in Lebanon following the publication in Denmark of cartoons caricaturing the Prophet Muhammad.
