In a suit against two police officers for false arrest in violation of the Fourth Amendment, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) the circumstances taken as a whole created probable cause to believe that plaintiff-husband had committed insurance fraud with regard to a claim for stolen golf clubs, and thus his false arrest claim failed; and 2) plaintiff-wife's claim, arising from her interview and stay for two and a half hours at a police station, failed as she did not ask if she was free to leave or was under arrest.
