US v. Patridge, 06-3635, 06-3785

A conviction and sentence for tax evasion, money laundering, and wire fraud is affirmed over nineteen frivolous challenges, and defendant's counsel is given 14 days to show cause why he should not be fined $10,000 for his frivolous arguments and noncompliance with various rules, and why he should not be suspended from practice until he demonstrates an ability to litigate an appeal competently and responsibly.
