Dorsey v. Morgan Stanley, 05-2946

In a Title VII suit raising claims of gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and unlawful retaliation brought by plaintiff-former branch manager against Morgan Stanley, summary judgment for Morgan Stanley on plaintiff's retaliation claim is affirmed over a claim that the district court erred in granting summary judgment on the claim under the direct method of proof.
