United States Seventh Circuit

In a suit brought by a Wisconsin prisoner against guards, wardens, nurses, members of the parole board, and others, alleging, inter alia, a failure to provide adequate medical care, mail censorship, and mishandling of his applications for parole, dismissal and summary judgment rulings against plaintiff are affirmed and the circuit court notes that plaintiff incurred two Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) "strikes" in this litigation, one for filing a complaint containing a frivolous claim, and another for an appeal raising at least one frivolous objection to the district court's ruling.
