Webster v. A.T. Kearney, Inc., 06-3094

In a suit alleging breach of an employment agreement, dismissal of a motion to vacate an arbitration award is affirmed where the motion was untimely, since the statute of limitations contained in the Federal Arbitration Act began to run when the award was placed in the mail, and the motion was not served upon the defendants within the limitations period.
