Indiana Right to Life, Inc. v. Shepard, 06-4333
In a suit alleging that two canons of the Indiana Code of Judicial Conduct violate the plaintiffs' rights under the First Amendment, the decision of the district court that one of the canons was unconstitutional is reversed where there was no case or controversy and the plaintiffs did not have standing to bring suit.
