Hamm v. Ameriquest Mortgage Co., 05-3984

In two consolidated suits under the Truth in Lending Act, summary judgment for plaintiff-borrower in one case is affirmed, and summary judgment for defendant-lender in the other is reversed, where defendant committed a technical TILA violation by failing explicitly to state the payment period of the two plaintiffs' loans on disclosure statements.
