In a suit by an association of real estate brokers claiming that a city ordinance deprives homeowners of property without due process by requiring an inspection to determine whether a house complies with building codes before the house can be sold, a preliminary injunction preventing enforcement of the ordinance is vacated where the plaintiff lacked prudential standing since plaintiffs generally cannot sue in a federal court to enforce someone else's legal rights.
