Coolidge v. Consol. City of Indianapolis, 06-3587

In a suit against a city agency for sexual harassment and retaliation, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the discovery of pornographic videotapes did not create a hostile work environment and plaintiff did not make out a prima facie case for her retaliation claim.
