Conviction of a former police chief for obstruction of justice and conspiracy is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the obstruction instructions did not sufficiently detail the elements of the offense; and 2) the conspiracy instructions did not identify the object of the conspiracy, failed to require unanimity as to the conspiracy's overt acts, and permitted the jury to convict based on overt acts not in furtherance of the conspiracy.
