United States Seventh Circuit
Lieberman v. Monahan, 05-3922
Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where petitioner did not give the state courts the opportunity to review his due process argument because he failed to fairly present the federal nature of his claim for state habeas relief, therefore he procedurally defaulted his claim.
