United States Seventh Circuit

In a suit brought by a national timeshare brokerage company seeking injunctive relief preventing the enforcement of Illinois real estate licensing requirements, dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where: 1) the district court was required to abstain from interfering with a subsequently filed administrative complaint against the company; 2) the state proceeding affords the company an adequate opportunity to raise its federal claims; and 3) the case presented no exceptional circumstances that would warrant federal court intervention.
