Petition for review of a denial of application for asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is denied where: 1) there was no legal error in the IJ's determination that changed circumstances had not affected petitioner's asylum application; 2) petitioner had not demonstrated a clear probability of persecution; and 3) any error in the BIA's denial of petitioner's motion to supplement the record on appeal was harmless.
