United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Pitrie, 06-3935
Revocation of a period of supervised release is affirmed where: 1) although the district court plainly erred in imposing a term of reimprisonment without affording defendant an opportunity to address the court and prejudice should be presumed, the error did not affect the fairness, integrity or public reputation of the revocation proceeding; and 2) defendant did not show that the sentence imposed was unreasonable.
