US v. O'Hallaren, 07-1559

Order revoking defendant's period of supervised release after a positive drug test is vacated where the court denied defendant his right to allocution when it failed to allow him or his attorney an opportunity to address the court prior to revoking his supervised release and imposing a new sentence, and that denial prejudiced defendant's substantive rights.
