United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Collins, 07-1532

A district court order finding defendant in breach of a plea agreement requiring him to assist in the location and forfeiture of drug proceeds is affirmed where the district court had jurisdiction over the government's motion, and the court's determination that defendant's foreign challenge to the forfeiture constituted breach was not clearly erroneous.
