Sentence for drug possession with intent to distribute is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) sentence enhancements were the product of unconstitutional judicial factfinding; and 2) the district court erroneously concluded that more than 5 kilograms of cocaine was attributable to him as relevant conduct and that he obstructed justice in the course of attempting to flee federal agents.
