United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the district court erred in several evidentiary rulings; and 2) the firearm possession statute exceeded the scope of Congress' authority under the Commerce Clause since there was no sufficient nexus between the charged offense and interstate commerce.
