Denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the United States Parole Commission did not violate petitioner's rights in rescinding his parole by failing to provide him with a statement of reasons that satisfied the requirements of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment since petitioner had no liberty interest in his parole.
