United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction for drug and weapons charges is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the district court should have granted his motion to suppress the gun and drugs found in his bedroom because the search warrant lacked probable cause; 2) the government violated his due process rights by refusing to grant immunity to an informant; and 3) the government did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the drugs in his possession were crack cocaine.
