In a suit by the wife of a man convicted of converting money from a municipality challenging the garnishment of marital assets after the institution of a divorce action, grant of the government's motion to release the funds is affirmed where the district court properly concluded that the wife had failed to establish a claim to the assets superior to that of the government since she had not made an effort to establish the amounts (if any) she contributed to the various assets subject to garnishment.
