United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Arenal, 06-2838

Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the plea agreement and the information before the court were not sufficient to establish the factual basis for his guilty plea; and 2) the evidence did not support the quantity of drugs that guided the district court's sentence.
