Petition for review of a denial of an application for asylum is denied where petitioners had not shown past persecution or a well-founded fear of future persecution since their harm had come at the hands of a non-governmental organization, and petitioners had not demonstrated that the government was unwilling to protect them in the past or would be unwilling to do so in the future.
