United States Seventh Circuit
Kaharudin v. Gonzales, 06-3576
Petition for review of denial of applications for asylum and withholding of removal is denied where: 1) the court lacks jurisdiction to hear petitioner's claims regarding the timeliness of her asylum application; and 2) the BIA's determination that petitioner had not suffered past persecution and did not have a well-founded fear of future persecution was supported by substantial evidence.
